Since arnold was short in stature do you think it would have made better since for drummond to force arnold against his will to take the lower bed and willis take the top bed since he was a average size kid ?

Yeah but Arnold use to think he was superman in the 1st season he wanted to stress himself by climbing the latter the hard way by jumping on willis lower bed to get to his top bed he never actually used the latter on DS maybe a few times lol

I think it was just funny watching the younger smaller brother trying to climb into the top bunk. That's why they did it that way.

Yeah it was funny seeing a 3 foot tall kid trying to pretend hes a 6 foot 5 clark kent trying to climb the bed by himself arnold grew out of wanting to be superman by the 2nd season.
