Sex and TV sitcoms go together like—well, actually, they don't. Because of broadcasting standards and current social mores, American sitcoms are notoriously prudish.

I would throw Donna and Alex Stone on that list. During the first few years of that show, they kissed quite a bit.

I never really thought of shows in the early years of having sexy couples. But as the 70's came in the situation was pushed into the shows. I think of Gloria and Mike of All in the Family. Archie saying "do you have to that" when G & M would kiss or say something that would offend Archie. NOw is there a show that doesn't have some sexual situation throw in.??
