Probably not, Neutronman67. Will finally realized that Lou was a deadbeat dad that didn't give two f**ks about him or his mother, Vy. Will ultimately accepts the fact that Uncle Phil is the father figure he never had.

To me, both of his parents sucked. At least his dad was upfront from the very beginning about his feelings for parent hood. Will's mom didn't decide to let her true feelings shine until "her boy" wanted to get married to his girlfriend. In my opinion, it was right then that he should've have washed his hands of his mother because she made it as clear as crystal glass that day that her feelings were the only ones that mattered to her.
