For me malcolm the kid had to many problems on this show much more then the other boys aka his brothers lol

Malcolm was too smart to ever end up in the joint. Reece had too much dumb luck to ever end up there. And Francis matured and grew up a lot by the end of the show so I don't think he'd end up in jail. That leaves us with Dewey who in my opinion was the most unpredictable of the boys and the most likely candidate!
