(The Chicago Bulls beat the Brooklyn Nets 90-82.)

(Ralph is pacing in the kitchen. Alice is cleaning.)

Ralph: "How, how could those Nets lose to those lowly Chicago Horr-i-bulls. That Chicago is lucky that they are in the postseason."

Alice: "Ralph, you get like this every time on of yoru teams losses a postseason game. It's only ONE game Ralph. I know you want your hometown boys to go further."

Ralph: "You bet I would. Me and Norton want the Nets to face the Knicks in the third round. This city would be excited to see that happen. Do you know the last time, a team from this area made it to the NBA finals? 10 Years ago. That is ten years too long."

(Ed comes down. He is so sad that he blows his nose.)

Ed: "This has been a dark, dark day. The Nets lose to Chicago. Now the Nets have to deal with those Chicago fans and all that wind."

Ralph: "All that wind?"

Ed: "Yeah. They call Chicago the Windy city because its windy there 24/7."

Ralph: "Norton, YOU need to have your head examined. Windy City. That's a laugh."

Ed: "Yeah, I guess you are right Ralph. If that moniker was true, YOU would be making the wind that would make the entire city windy."

Ralph (yells): "GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT!"

(Ed leaves. Alice is laughing. Ralph is upset.)

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Thank you. Time to introduce the cast. Audrey Meadows."

(The audience applauds as Audrey comes on stage and kisses Jackie.)

Jackie: "Art Carney."

(The audience applauds as Art comes on stage and shakes Jackie's hand.)

Jackie (yells): "GOOD NIGHT!"

(Audience cheers.)
