(Ralph & Ed just watched the game from the pool room.)

Ralph: "Well Norton, it looks like our dream of a Knicks-Nets matchup in the thrid round might come true."

Ed: "Yes, this might be the first playoff series win the Knicks had in 13 years."

Ralph: "13 long years. I can still remember the dark days of Larry Brown being the coach of that team. Worst. Coach. Ever."

Ed: "It didn't help the fact that his team played lousy."

Ralph: "What are you talking about? The Knicks would have been in the playoffs if it weren't for Larry Brown. They might as well have called him Charlie Brown."

Ed: "Well, it is pretty good to be a basketball fan in this town with the Knicks and Nets both doing good."

Ralph: "The reiging chumps, the Heat won't know what hit them when they play the Knicks. Poor Lebron James, he might have the honro of playing near that great action city, Miami Beach, but..."

(Audience cheers.)

Ralph: "...he will cry like a baby when he loses his championship status and go down in history as a poor man's Michael Jordan."

Ed: "All the teams will know that one New York team will win the NBA title."

(They both sing a song about the Knicks and the Nets.)

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Thank you. GOOD NIGHT!"

(Audience cheers.)
