"Veep" Season 2: Joe Biden Meets Julia Louis-Dreyfus For Vice Presidential "Advice"

"Veep" met the VP on April 12, when Julia Louis-Dreyfus stopped by Joe Biden's West Wing office to compare notes on the trials and tribulations of being the Vice President.
Louis-Dreyfus currently stars as Vice President Selina Meyer in the half-hour HBO comedy, which airs its Season 2 premiere on April 14 at 10 p.m. ET.
"I came to have lunch with Vice President Joe Biden and I surprised him by sitting at his desk, so he thought he'd just ask my advice on various briefs he had to deal with," the actress recounted. "I was happy to give him my advice, which he paid no attention to whatsoever."
The pair were already fairly chummy, as Louis-Dreyfus revealed that Biden called to congratulate her after Emmy win.
