I haven't seen it in years. 70s show watcher 04-09-2013, 01:50 AM one thing about the hitchhiker ep that makes it seem dated is the fact that creepy bill lured them to his apartment by promising to let arnold watch his tapes of rocket launchings but today with youtube arnold could just type in a computer search and watch space stuff for hours on end visaman666 04-09-2013, 02:57 AM one thing about the hitchhiker ep that makes it seem dated is the fact that creepy bill lured them to his apartment by promising to let arnold watch his tapes of rocket launchings but today with youtube arnold could just type in a computer search and watch space stuff for hours on end Arnold wasn't very bright was he? Taken in by pedophile bike shop owners and rocket launching tapers. 70s show watcher 04-09-2013, 06:04 AM Arnold wasn't very bright was he? Taken in by pedophile bike shop owners and rocket launching tapers. :lol:thats for sure you would have thought he would have learned his lesson after that whole thing with mr horton TVFactFan 04-09-2013, 09:16 AM Was this the episode when they were kinda kidnapped? I haven't seen it in years. Yes that's the one, that was my first time seeing it since 1989 TVFactFan 04-09-2013, 09:19 AM thats for sure you would have thought he would have learned his lesson after that whole thing with mr horton And add to the fact that he saw nothing wrong with watching those rockets with the door shut:lol:   It never once dawned on him....."Hey why does the door need to be shut? *ROGER* 04-09-2013, 01:16 PM thats for sure you would have thought he would have learned his lesson after that whole thing with mr horton Arnold should have learned his lesson from that cautionary tale of the pervert who drugged Dudley and lured Arnold in to his pervert web. And where was Kimberly's brain? She was almost an adult. You think she would know better. And where was Kimberly's brain? She was almost an adult. You think she would know better. The guy who played BILL did a good job of playing a WEIRDO LOL Brieannas21 04-09-2013, 03:15 PM I think that the writers had a fascination with kidnapping plots. A year or so later Sam was kidnapped by a crazy couple. TVFactFan 04-09-2013, 03:22 PM I think that the writers had a fascination with kidnapping plots. A year or so later Sam was kidnapped by a crazy couple. 2 kidnapping episodes and 1 child molestation............ Maybe one of those was fine but that's it *ROGER* 04-09-2013, 04:12 PM If Kimberly was with Willis instead of Arnold, that weirdo would never have put his kookoo plan into action. TVFactFan 04-09-2013, 04:31 PM If Kimberly was with Willis instead of Arnold, that weirdo would never have put his kookoo plan into action. I guess the episode was trying to send the message that criminals prey on women or children or both. Because we both know that the man would have never stopped his car if Arnold with Willis or Mr. D. 70s show watcher 04-09-2013, 06:24 PM The guy who played BILL did a good job of playing a WEIRDO LOLhis name was woody enry and the weird this is i saw him in a rice a roni commerical about a year after that ep aired and i still saw him as billl:lol: TVFactFan 04-09-2013, 08:12 PM his name was woody enry and the weird this is i saw him in a rice a roni commerical about a year after that ep aired and i still saw him as billl:lol: CREEPY A$$ BILL TMC 06-13-2015, 06:08 AM Encore Black aired that two part episode yesterday. The thing that I just realized is that the writers and producers didn't really offer any alternative means to travel (assuming of course, if you don't have enough money for cab fair) w/o resorting to hitchhiking. |
