Over on Youtube, I just came upon an uploaded commercial for "Bob's Big Boy" restaurant. Is anyone here familiar with this eatery? Here in New Jersey, they used to be quite popular. However, it has been years since I have seen one anywhere. I wonder if they are still in business. In any event, the thing that caught my attention was the fact that my favorite and my second-favorite episodes of "Gimme a Break!" came out during the year that this ad made its debut. The year was 1982. My favorite episode ever was "Katie Steals Julie's Jock". This episode came out before the New Year in the second season. The thing that made it my favorite was the sexiness of Julie in her designer boots! She was such a doll! My second-favorite episode was the "Emergency". This was after the new year in the first season. The thing that I liked most about this episode was the priceless site of the little busy body on the pay phone charging after her purse after Nell placed it on the gurney pole! So funny! I would now like to return to the uploaded commercial for a second. It only got uploaded a couple of days ago, and I am the first and only person to post a comment so far. I would be very interested in what any of you think of it!
