I'm just about done with it. I just have to wait for 1 more episode to air from season 6, "Ann Meets Nick - part 1" to complete it. It's a big set, here is the breakdown by season

season 1 (3 discs - 15 episodes)
season 2 (5 discs - 24 episodes)
season 3 (5 discs - 24 episodes)
season 4 (5 discs - 26 episodes)
season 5 (5 discs - 26 episodes)
season 6 (4 discs - 21 episodes)
season 7 (5 discs - 25 episodes)
season 8 (5 discs - 26 episodes)
season 9 (5 discs - 22 episodes + Reunion Special + "Truth Behind the Sitcoms" special)


** Note: my source discs are now available in "Joker's Spring Clearing" thread. A cheap way to acquire all those episodes but you will have to put in a little work to make a set.
Maybe then you will appreciate the time and effort that goes into building a complete series.
