She sorta made an appearance last season in the episode where Howard and Bernadette got married. You don't see her face, but it's her. :lol:

You actually got a fleeting glimpse in one of this season's episodes. It's the one where Howard and Bernadette go away for the weekend and Howard asks Raj to check in on his Mom.

Raj ends up having dinner there and while he's eating, you can see her running across the kitchen in the background. You only see the back of her head and part of her body, but it's the closest they've come to "showing" her.

I hope they never show Mrs. Wolowitz, because it would be anticlimactic after all this time.
