This may all sound crazy, but bear with me as I ramble. ;)

I'm in this sociology class called marriage and family, and last week we were talking about love. :loveya:

The was this man Lee who stated that there were 6 styles of love, and as I'm sitting there listening to the lecture, I got to thinking if any of this applied to Lucy and Desi. Here's what I came up with:

Style #1- Eros
"Love at First Sight"
Powerful Physical Attraction
Intense Emotional Desire


Style #6- Mania
Jealousy
Irrational Love
Major Highs and Lows

I thought those two fit the Arnaz relationship in the early days at least. What do you think?

I think those are some good examples, dawsongirl. If I knew anything about the "styles" of love, then I'd suggest some more. As for the Lucy-Desi relationship, the only word that I can describe their love with from my point of view is WOW!!!!! :eyes: :love:

Yeh, that pretty much wraps up their relationship. Intensity, Fire, Jealousy, Passion........I don't think there was or ever will be another love affair like that one.
