Yes, but not here. I found some posts I made on a now defunct site via the archive site and was astounded I did so. I have done a 180 in my thinking on many issues and it's quite funny to see comments I made 10-15 years ago.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Looking back at the politics board here I was quite extreme 7+ years ago. I have become a lot more moderate I guess.

I wasn't here 7 years ago, but my politics have definitely changed. Many years ago I was a pretty liberal Democrat but have switched to a more conservative independent leaning Libertarian.

That's happened to me a few times, when I come across a post that's really clever and well thought out, then I'm surprised to see I wrote it.

Usually posts I regret I'll just delete or edit, but that hasn't happened a lot.
