Ok occasionally I will try to make a phone call and I will get this recording that says, "We're sorry all circuits are busy now, please try your call again later."

And when it happens EVERY number I call I will get that recording.

What does it mean? Does it mean that at that particular time that EVERYONE...in the city, county or whatever is on the phone at once?

I have honestly never had that happen before

That happens quite often when I'm trying to win a radio station contest. :mad:

It means that an unusual amount of people are using the service at the same time and it may be overloaded and can't handle your call at that moment.

I usually see this happen on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day when people are calling each other.

When I was little I thought it meant that at THAT particular moment EVERY single phone in the world was in use lol
