3. What's Happening mainly took place at the popular hangout called "Rob's Place which was the Soda Shop just like on That's My Mama how Clifton always hung out at the Barbershop.

Yeah What's Happening was way better. One thing different though is What's Happening didn't stupidly change it's format or character's("Tracy Curtis") in it's next season like That's My Mama!
