One thing that annoyed me about this episode, was when Florida told James, right in front of Michael, about the people flipping over the school bus and how she was so worried. I get she was worried, but why the hell do you mention something so horrible like that in front of your child? And then you expect him to go to school on a bus to another side of town? Crazy! Florida didn't have any issues about Michael being bussed when the principal came over and made mention of the opportunity.

Second, after watching this episode, it dawned on me that several episodes later, Michael has that run-in with that bully, Eddie, about his lunch money. No way did that bully go to that white school that Michael was bussed to.

If the bully did go to the white school, he was a good student during classtime and a bully during lunch time, that's how alot of bullys are

No it was never explained when Michael stopped going to the white school because the bully was at a public school

I'm pretty sure Michael had heard about the school buses getting turned over before Florida even mentioned it because he was so conscious of current events and news.

Now about the Bully Eddie, I don't know about that one. Maybe he was bused to the white school or by that time the busing program was over with and Michael was back at his old school.

That's true. I did think that too, but thought it strange that he was not the one to mention it. He is usually the one to mention things like that. I would think he would have used it as a reason to not go to the school.

About Flo, I just thought since Michael was already apprehensive about going to the white school, why give him another reason to feel that way.
