I find it a bit disturbing that Sarah Silverman is actually almost 43 years old and is still cracking vulgar jokes for a living! My God, she's old enough to be my mother, and in fact, is just 4 years younger than my mom! Awkward! It would be like my mom cracking nasty jokes for a living! WTF?

I find it disturbing to be telling vulgar jokes at any age.

Reguardless of what your opinion is of cracking dirty jokes, I don't see 43 as THAT old. I'm guessing you're pretty young.

I'm 32 and it gets on my nerves how so many younger ppl see my age as ANCIENT, once I wanted to lose weight and someone said, "Oh you're 30, why you even worried about it!" I mean REALLY!!?

I find Europe's attitude towards sex very warped and very disturbing.

I mean, over in Europe, the age of consent can get as low as 13 in Spain. If that's not disturbing and warped, I don't know what is. There also seems to be a completely different reaction towards seeing a much older man with a much younger woman and vice versa. Here in America, such a thing is an outrage, but over in Europe, it's okay.

I consider Joan Rivers to be the Queen of "Vulgar" She just gets worse and worse. I can't believe what I hear her saying on tv nowadays. I agree with the rest of you. I can't/won't take much of that crap. There are some comedians who don't have to resort to vulgarity to be funny. Take Bill Cosby for example. He is hilarious just talking about everyday life without resorting to cheap jokes.Unfortunately these people have an audience but I'm not interested.

Quite honestly what I find disturbing is how young girls dress. I have seen my sister's 12 year old friends that are wearing things that I still wouldn't consider wearing, and I'm 19. They'll come over wearing skirts high enough and shirts low enough that they might as well just go naked. I know that's not all young girls, nor is it a very large portion of the population, but it's still enough to bother me.

I am not crazy about nose/stud rings. I was in a store a well know computer store and a young woman clerk had a nose/stud ring. There were 2 rings was in her nose, one in each nostril and they were pearl white in color. The way it was positioned it look as if she had snot coming from her nose. I couldn't look at the young woman. She, I am sure was very capable but to look at her face, I was so distracted.
I couldn't be comfortable with look like that.

I agree with Frump, 43 isn't old--just middle aged. I guess the original poster also has issue with Joan Rivers, Betty White, and the late great Phyllis Diller.

I look forward to being a foul-mouthed old crone. If nothing else, it will keep the neighborhood kids off of my damn lawn! <shakes fist angrily and heads off to write a letter to an editor>

On the other end of the spectrum, I have problems with guys wearing baggy clothes, trying to be all gangster-like. REAL gangsters didn't/don't dress that way. ;) I'm like - I don't need to know what color your boxers are! ANd I can do without seeing your asscrack too. Blargh.

Kids have no sense of modest fashion today... I unfortunately had to live thru it (I graduated from HS in 2003). I think the people who graduated as recently as the mid-90s were in the last generation of people to truly 'get it' clothes-wise. After that, it all went downhill!

The age of consent is 15 here in Sweden. That might seem young to you, but I also think it depends on how old the other person involved is. I would rather see a fifteen-year-old with a twenty-year-old than with a forty-year-old.

Elaborate tattoos, men and women running around the streets of New York every St. Patricks Day all day and all night, drinking and vomiting in the streets, on the sidewalks and anywhere else the feeling strikes them; and the police that religiously look the other way; Paying for 4 or more dates in a row to take a woman out to classy and rather expensive places and then having her say "Let's be friends..."(She could have said that during the first half of the first date and saved me a few thousand dollars!)

Why would you worry about losing weight at 32? Isn't that like saying, why would you care about your heart at 32?. OMG! some people. 32 isn't even halfway there in today's world. People are living to be a 100 easily.

I wonder what life will be for me at 100. I haven't thought that far in the future.
