I was just curious so I turned on my webcam last night and recorded 8 hours of my sleep to playback today and see what happened. First of all it took up like 27 gigs of space on my computers hard drive. It's okay though. I have a 500 gig HD with 390 Gigs still available. I tossed and turned a bit and muttered a bunch of stuff I couldn't make out. I did hear some weird noises that wasn't me. No it wasn't anything like Paranormal Activity. I think it was just something outside. I was told once that when people talk in their sleep, its just them responding to what's going on in a dream. I was hoping to catch something of what I was dreaming, that I couldn't remember when I woke up. I'm gonna try it again tonight and see what happens. If its more of the same, I won't do it again.

I could not sleep knowing someone is spying on me even if it was myself.
I would be staring at the webcam all night. I do remember reading somewhere that you only start dreaming right before you wake up, not sure if that's true.

I have not; it would be too boring to watch.

Who spends time recording their sleep....I know they do this kind of stuff in sleep clinics...I just know I sleep very good and dream very nicely.

My second wife had this faux "concern" that I might have sleep apnea, and was worried I might die in my sleep unless I got on a CPAP machine..

She didn't fool me, she just wanted to fit a muffler on my face to stifle my snoring.

My worst night's sleep was when I had partners...when my parents finally made the move and mom moved to spare room, she got some sleep. Sleeping with another person, forget it....play and have fun and move to your own room.
