every time I go a certain site its always asking me to sign in

depending on the site you may not be able to - if the site disables the function the only way around it would be to install Greasemonkey and write a custom script that would bypass the "autocomplete == off" statement.

other than that, you could try to reset the browser settings and clear your cache

How do you clean your cache

download CCleaner (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/download/f0a33f0a706afdb0a24e0ff52207d391/)

install CCleaner, then start it

once it is open, click on the "Analyze" button and wait (you must close Palemoon and all other browsers when it asks you to)

click on the "Options" button on the left, then the "Cookies" button, scroll through the list of cookies to delete, and double-click on any that belong to sites that you have to log in to, or that you WANT them to save your information - EXCEPT for the site you are having problems with.

click on the "Cleaner" button on the left, and click on "Run Cleaner"

if that doesn't fix it, then it is probably a problem with the site.
