Chin Han To Recur on "Arrow"

Chin Han (The Dark Knight, Contagion) has joined the cast of the CW’s breakout new drama "Arrow", which has joined "TVD" as the CW’s highest-rated series.
He will play Frank Chen, a successful businessman and old friend of the Queen family. He has ties to The Undertaking, a mysterious group led by Malcolm Merlyn (guest star John Barrowman) that is up to no good in the Arrow’s home town of Starling City.
