The other day, in light of the news of Gus Johnson being named as the lead soccer play-by-play man for Fox TV, I sent several articles to Dan Bell on Twitter, which was critical of such a decision. I've in the past have corresponded w/ Mr. Bell on Twitter regarding things that I didn't like about Fox's sports telecasts. For example, them using the NFL on Fox theme music for every other sporting event broadcast on Fox.

Then on New Year's Day of this year, after I sent Bell a "year in sports media" review article that criticizes Fox for not utilization Gus Johnson well enough, he told me to "Give it a rest!" When I said that all that I've been doing is giving him suggestions for how to prove his product, he shot back at me by saying "Because we can handle it!"

Well, the other day as I've said, when I brought up several articles regarding the decision to use Gus Johnson on play-by-play for Fox's soccer telecasts, Dan Bell said to me "Go away Terrence, thank you!"
