I went to eat at a restaurant, and I left the restaurant. I looked outside, and there was an electrical station with nothing around it but a low fence which a child could easily climb over and right into the substation, and get electrocuted. :eek: So appallaing. The city really needs to put up high, locked gates/fences where a child cannot easily climb into . I couldn't believe how open this dangerous substation was.... I passed another substation on the way to work, and at least they did that substation right. It was locked by a very high fence that children could not easily climb into...
