I think Disappeared on ID continues with its showings of their versions of UM cases, as Moses Lall and company is coming up soon. This is, of course, the one where a collection of expensive, exotic birds gets left unattended and most of them died.
By the way, I noticed on imdb, that Disappeared has in parentheses (2009-2013). Did the show get canceled?

I haven't seen that particular episodes in years. It's good to know they're bringing the disappearance of Moses and his aunt Lilawattie Buerattan back into the public eye. I think Disappeared is still on TV, so I don't think they cancelled it.

I was hoping this was the case they were profiling when I saw the description. It is good that they are putting this case back in the limelight. At least Disappeared is a hell of a lot better show on ID than some of the other stuff they put on there.

Well I just watched this episode, entitled "Birds Of Prey". I have the UM segment somewhere, and was going to watch it to compare, but my entire dvd collection is disorganized and I can't find it. I know I have it somewhere, but I don't want to look any more for the time being.
In any event, one thing Disappeared did mention that was new was that they finally tracked down Hari Gobin to Jersey City, NJ in 2011 and went to his workplace, but missed him by mere minutes and he fled. Authorities think he is now in the Philadelphia area, but haven't been able to find him again. I'm reasonably certain Hari Gobin was responsible for the deaths of Moses, Lila and the other ranch hand, as well as all those birds.

I always wondered what happened with that case, something about it always stuck with me. Unfortunately, I do believe that Moses and Lila met with foul play, either at the hands of Hari Gobin or someone associated with him. I hope they find him and get some answers.
By the way, the other ranch hand, Roland Eyoum, is still alive and well.

Here is a composite sketch of what Moses Lall might look like today:

There's another Moses Lall thread on here where I posted links to articles about the disappearances. The articles leave little doubt that Hari Gobin is guilty and responsible. He was stopped by an officer (in a different state) using Lall's car and ID with several of the birds in his posession. The officer actually was duped into thinking Gobin was Lall and let him go, unfortunately.
