I'm drawing a blank. What season was this episode from?
The only set up I can remember is when his sister Sophia set him up with that beautician lady and another episode where Arnold sets him up with their temporary housekeeper because she reminded him of his mother.

Season 2, Arnold and Willis went to the dating service to get him a date because they thought he was lonely. Then one of phil's friend set him up on a date so he had a black date and a white date LOL

OK, I vaguely remember that episode. Arnold and Willis got the date at the agency. They went in person and said they needed a date for their FATHER. So since they're black, the dating agent just assumed their father was black, too.
From what I can remember, that was a funny episode. That housekeeper that Arnold fixed Mr. D up with was also black. I remember he played some weird music for them in the dining room. He arranged a romantic dinner for them.
