Exclusive: "Hart of Dixie" Casts "That '70s" Mom

Debra Jo Rupp is coming to "Hart of Dixie" as the anti-Kitty Forman.

TVLine has learned exclusively that the "That ’70s Show" vet will appear in an upcoming installment of the CW charmer.



Popping up midway through "Dixie‘s" second season, Rupp will play Betsy Maynard, Wanda’s gin-loving mom who comes to Bluebell for a visit.

Unfortunately, she becomes such a handful, her daughter pawns her off on Zoe.
