If you readers could change one thing about Growing Pains, what would it be?

To answer my own question, I would have had an episode where pro baseball player Tom Seaver appeared as himself as Dr. Jason Seavers (Alan Thicke) brother, which would have meant that the Seavers had a famous uncle, Tom Seaver (whom show creator Neal Marlens named the Seaver family after).

That would have been pretty cool to have Tom Seaver show up on "Growing Pains" just because of the same last name. :cool:

I remember Mike saying something about Tom Seaver in one episode. I didn't know that the shows creater named the Seavers after Tom.
