It can be from the original runs or reruns.

A few I remember:

The Dick Van Dyke Show - "Never Bathe On Saturday" (Laura gets her toe stuck in the bathtub faucet)

That Girl - Oddly enough, it was the one where Anne Marie got her toe stuck in the bowling ball

Batman - "The Puzzles are Coming"/"The Duo is Slumming" with Maurice Evans as The Puzzler

Twilight Zone "In His Image" starring George Grizzard and Gail Kobe

Get Smart The one where Max is locked in a room with talking baby dolls and he has to pull the strings on each till he finds the one that either opens the door or detonates a bomb.

Gilligan's Island "Pass the Vegetables, Please" which also happens to be my favorite episode of the series.

Dennis the Menace "The Fifty-Thousandth Customer"

The Brady Bunch The one where Greg fooled everyone with the U.F.O.

That's a nice idea for a thread!

I recall that the first episode of MASH I ever watched was "The Late Captain Pierce" during the orginal CBS run of the series in 1975. I was 9.

The first Dick Van Dyke Show episode I saw was the episode in which Sally was on leave and Laura came to work at the office with Rob and Buddy. This was when WGN was airing the program in the afternoons in the early 1980's.

Get Smart -- the episode in which it appeared that a vampire was killing CONTROL agents, when TBS was airing the show on weekday evenings in 1980 or 81.

The Twilight Zone -- Little Girl Lost on WGN late one night during the summer of 1982 while I was between school years.

Those are the ones that come immediately to mind.....

M*A*S*H- Captain Tuttle and Frasier- Frasier Crane's Day Off. Those episodes made instant impressions on me and I have been a fan ever since.
Alfred Hitchcock Presents- Santa Claus and the 10th Avenue Kid
A few years ago ION had special one night Christmas episode airings of Adam-12, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, and Dragnet. I was already a fan of Adam-12 and Dragnet but had never seen Hitchcock. That episode remained the only one I saw until I got Antenna TV in 2012.

Indeed, I listed those rare tv series which I was hooked by the first episode I ever saw, and therefore recall which episode that was. I am trying hard to remember if there was a tv series in which I saw the pilot/series premiere on it's first ever broadcast and became a fan immediately. Most of them I have mentioned were either syndicated reruns I was seeing for the first time, or in the case of MASH, a show I had been too young to watch in its earlier seasons, but started watching in a later season.

MASH-I HATE A MYSTERY from the 1st season. I remember, I was really looking forward to this series all summer then in the fall was mad when I found out I would be out every Sunday when it was on. But then I stayed home one sunday and saw this episode and thought the series was stupid! Later though I saw the episode DEAR DAD and liked the series.(unfortunately, I didn't know about the downturn it would take starting with season 4)
DALLAS-the pilot episode; when a local station started rerunning it on weeknites in the 80s.
STAR TREK-WHERE NO MAN HAS GONE BEFORE; the 2nd pilot.
BEWITCHED-AND BABY MAKES THREE; I think that's the name. It's the one where Tabitha was born.

I happened to tune in to the Mary Tyler Moore for "Chuckles Bites The Dust."
I thought "Not bad. I wonder if it'll be as good next week."

CHEERS-the first part of the 2 part one where Sams brother came to visit.
THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW-the one where Rob has a really bad cold but insists on going into work, and when Laura forbids him to he sneaks out of the house.

One of the first Beverly Hillbillies episodes I remember watching in syndication (very early '70s) was when Granny wrestled the Boston Strong Girl...! (from season 6). This was not the oldest ep I saw, just the first one I clearly remember viewing.

For most series it's pretty vague for me. For example, from The Lucy Show I mainly remember watching the kaliedoscope openings (color) in syndication. It wouldn't be for decades before I finally put the pieces together, as far as which eps produced those little clips.

I think my first Full House episode was the one where Stephanie starts Kindergarten. I clearly remember watching the scene where Joey taught Stephanie the fake cough and it introduced me to the show.

Comedy:

All around the same general time-span:

--The Facts of Life--- I remember seeing the episode called "Dope".

---The Golden Girls--- The episode I first recall seeing is the one with the hurricane, it was a big crossover event with Empty Nest and Nurses (I think?)

----227--- The episode when Mary accidentally becomes a renowned artist when she puts her purse down. (Desinging Women had a similar episode too)

Drama:

---Beverly Hills 90210--- Probably, the episode when Brenda is interviewed for a tabloid talk show and is edited to appear that she bad-mouthed her friends.

----Touched By An Angel- Pilot

---Party of Five-- Pilot
