What the heck were the names of the twins, born in season 5.

And why did they decide to have Max and 99 become parents, when it hardly was part of any storylines. Half the time, 99 was on a case with Max, and no reference is made as to who's taking care of the babies. Sometimes, 99's mother was caring for them, but she didn't even live in the same area!!:confused:
