In my job today, my co-worker called me out on my BS of constantly coming in late. He said, "You're in your 20's, you have no excuses to keep coming constantly late. You're lucky our manager is nice, because with a mean manager, you would have been out of this job a long while ago." I deserved to be called out, because I truly had developed a nasty habit of constantly coming in late, and coming late from lunches. My co-worker just started working on my shift, as we used to previously have different shifts. If he just started working on my shift, and he already called me out, I shudder to think of what resentment my co-workers that have been working on my shift for years before him have of me. On a brighter note, he was really impressed that I actually came on time from lunch break today, so, I just need to come to work on time from now on....
