Ditto to that! I can't stomach Progressive ever since the story of how they cheated one of their deceased clients came out over the summer.

She was actually kind of entertaining when it was her with other customers in the earlier Flo commercials, but the newer ones with her just plain suck. The one by herself where she makes a stupid 'growl" noise with an ugly expression was just so embarassingly bad...
