Regulus 12-31-2012, 01:15 AM I'm starting a new tradition this Holiday Season. While Church-Hopping on Christmas Eve I found out what "The Twelve Days of Christmas" is. The Twelve Days begin on Christmas Eve and end on January 6, The Feast of the Epiphany (Also called the Feast of the Wise Men). As long as I can remember, The Christmas Dinner has always been (with the exception 0f 1992, when I was served BBQ Chicken while flying from Florida to Mexico), either Roast Beef (Standing Rib Roast) or Turkey. This year it was Turkey, so I'll cook a Rib Roast on January 6 as a "Last Hurrah" for the Holiday Season. From now on, the Entree that wasn't the Christmas Meal will be the one served on January 6. On Sunday Night at Midnight, all Holiday Decorations will be turned off, and they will be dismantled on January 7 which is designated "The Day Of :( Blues :(". Now, what Churches will I visit Next Christmas Eve? |
