The house has 4 bedrooms (Dannys, Michelles, DJs and Stephanies). But when Joey and Jessie move in, Stephanie has to move into DJs room. Jessie gets Stephanies old room and Joey moves into the alcove. Then I think they redo the garage and give Joey his own bedroom. When Jessie marries Becky, they move into the adeck and redo that as a little living area. Now this is where my questions come in. Did Joey move into Stephanies old room? Cause I thought they also had him living down in the basement. But that became Jessies recording studio. There was also that one episode where DJ moves into Michelles old room and Michelle moves in with Stephanie. If Stephanies old room was not being used, why didnt DJ just move into that room? There was also an episode where Joey (unknowingly) buys a stolen car. When the police woman talks to him, they show them walking down a flight of stairs into Joeys room. It couldnt have been the basement because by that time that was Jessies recording studio. Can anyone clear this up?

In the end, Joey moved into Jesse's old room and DJ moved into Michelle's old room thereby leaving DJ and Stephanie's room to be Stephanie and Michelle's room that they shared. The attic belonged to Jesse, Becky, and the twins. The basement was turned into the recording studio. The alcove was restored to being the alcove and Danny never changed rooms. The thing is though that when Jesse and Joey moved in, Jesse got Stephanie's old room and Stephanie moved in with DJ. But when Jesse got married to Becky, they left for the attic and Stephanie's/Jesse's old room became Joey's. So I guess you can say that in the end Joey did get Stephanie's room since it was hers before it was Jesse's.
Does that make sense?

I don't know what's funnier: the fact that reading all this made my eyes go  or the fact that I actually understood it all anyway.

Anywhere else knowing this much information about a TV show is looked upon as kind of weird, but on SO, it's welcome!!

What's crazier is one of the bedrooms is an office inb ooks, forcing Jesse to move into the attic fromt he start, which is why D.J.'s more of a mother figure than Jesse in books. i think it's Michelle's because my guess is Danny used a bonus from covering the '84 Summer Olympics to have it put in. So for the Chronology there had to be, among other things,a polla bout bedrooms and who shared when Michelle was born.

During most of season 4, Jesse, Joey, and Danny had their production studio in the attic. When they built Jesse and Becky's apartment, they moved the production studio to the basement. But just a handful of episodes later it was turned into the recording studio, when Jesse and Joey decided to leave advertising and do their own thing. Jesse focusing on his music full time (which led to his song forever) and Joey focusing on his comedy full time (which led to him being ranger joe)

This is kind of a convoluted thing- the Tanner family got moved around on rooms a couple of times on "Full House"- I think PrettyinPink55 and WonderYearsfan did pretty nice summaries though.
And as to knowing so much information about TV shows, well- I love "Full House" and so I totally followed this. It's cool with me to know some things about your favorite shows- but I do know about other things too- lol.
But for the Book Universe with "Full House"- it's basically considered its own thing by most fans. It doesn't always fit exactly in with the TV show continuity- but the books are fun to read nonetheless.

And to complete the picture: the bathroom has been Stephanies bedroom for a couple of hours on one episode :D.
