I remember seing an ad for the Facts of Life reunion special. Did it air yet? If it did, how was it? What happened? If not, when will it air? I don't know about anybody else, but, the Edna's Edible years were my favorite.

That's a pretty funny Chuck Cunningham reference Tad... (not). Please forgive me for missing it. I remember seeing the ad a long time ago but never caught when it would be on. It wasn't until recently that I remembered it and was just curious what was the deal with it. How was it anyway? Good, Bad or So,So. And keep up the hillarious jokes. {place sarcasm here}

Hi, sorry you took offense at my little joke. I'm sorry you missed the FOL Reunion movie, it was the big hit among us Facts-nuts.
It just seemed ironic that a FOL fan would only find out about it now, but you can laugh at me: I taped the show--and the tape was messed up!! (The VCR channel wasn't set properly.) But I am getting a copy of the tape, and hopefully you will get to see it soon, too!
To Karli, Mongolia is an Asian country locked in between China and the former Soviet Union. If you go to a Mongolian grill restaurant, their stuff is really tasty.

Mrs. Garrett returns to the states on a cruise ship, where she meets a new love interest. Blair owns Warner Enterprises, which includes a stable of hotels, and is married to Tad Warner, without any children. Tootie, who will be known as Dorothy in the reunion, is a Hollywood-based talk show host (her show is called Wake up with Dorothy) and the widowed mother of a 10-year-old girl Tisha. Jo is still married to Rick and they are the parents of a daughter Jamie. Natalie serves as a behind-the-scenes producer at CNN.

Since Natalie is actually in the states for a Holiday, they all decide to get together for a good old fashioned Eastland Thanksgiving. They all stay together at Blair's Inn.

Of course, you have your usual humor that comes in when Natalie is surprised when both of her boyfriends show up. They don't know about each other and Natalie spends the week trying to keep the 2 apart. There are other things that happen to each girl. Dorothy and Tisha discuss Jeff being dead and how unhappy they are. Blair is afraid that Tad is having an affair on her when she calls his cell phone and a woman answers.

Of course, being a Facts show, everything is worked out in time for Thanksgiving dinner which, of course, Mrs. G fixes. They end up eating dinner in the Eastland cafeteria.

The girls do go back to Eastland, and the last theme song is actually used in the movie.

All in all, I thought it was an AWESOME movie.

Thank you sooooo much for the info. I'm sorry I missed it. Tad, I apologize to you, I wasn't angry that you made that joke, I was just being a little sarcastic and I apologize. It is nice to communicate with big FOL fans like yourselves. I grew up watching the show and used to have a big crush on Blair( my brother's was Jo) Did they explain how Tootie's husband died? Was the Eastland school still running or did they renovate it? Any of the other characters mentioned like Andy, George Clooney, that Austrailian chick, etc.,etc,? Sorry for so many questions but I really miss that show and wish N@N would bring it back!
