How come in the Batman show whenever one of the female henchmen worked for a villain like maybe The Joker or The Penguin. Why was it some of the girl henchmen would always cry when Batman and Robin were in a death trap? And beg the villain to let them go, and even though they help Batman and Robin, the girl henchmen still had to go to jail anyway?

Also, why did Batman and Robin try to coax one of them onto their side?
