I specifically enjoy peppermint bark and christmas cookies that are decorated.

Sugar cookies cut into the shapes of stars, candy canes, snowmen, etc. topped with sprinkles, and Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes!

My mom makes awesome date nut rolls. I also love fantasy fudge and frosted sugar cookies. YUM!:liplick:

Mom makes an easy no sugar added fudge. It is so good!

I go crazy over anything egg nog. But I have to go very easy on it, as it's bad for me but I love it so. I'm going to buy the light variety and freeze it into Popsicles, and maybe make a 50-50 mix with soy milk.

I love eggnog but my husband always spikes it with whiskey. I prefer it straight!:)

I love those things called Wedding Cookies, Archway sells them, mostly around the holidays. They're little cookies with powdered sugar.:happyface

Also Trader Joe's sells these Peppermint cookies that look like Oreos but they're kind of pinkish middle. There are no TJ's in my area, so when my brother comes down here from NC, he knows to bring a few boxes!!

I make both of those every year plus peanut butter fudge. I buy cookie tins to put them in & then give them as presents. I keep some for my husband & son or else there would be a riot around here. :lol:

Thanks for the sweet sentiment (no pun intended). It's not easy resisting this good stuff, but I don't want my diabetes to progress. Thankfully I have a mild case, but it won't stay that way if I don't discipline myself.

Mine are Candy Cane Cookies :)
