Should Dexter eventually be arrested and tried for his crimes? Or, is part of the show's fun seeing him go scott free?

After the season cliffhanger, I think he should.

Or he could possibly be killed by another serial killer. I thought they were heading that way with the Hannah McKay character. But yeah he should pay for his crimes one way or another.
