Famales do things like that with not a second thought from other females or males. But its time to worry if Jack gives Larry a foot massage, then its considered gay. Thats just the way Its always been. Females can joke around and kiss each other on the lips, you'll never see two straight guys do that and show their face the next day. lol It aint gonna happen.

I don't think it's a big deal for one woman to massage another woman's feet. Plus, I think they were trying to establish that none of the characters were petty and they all cared for each other.
