I just found out that Hal Linden's going to make a guest appearance on the one new sitcom this fall that I actually got hooked on, The Mindy Project.

Well, he had a couple of starring roles in TV shows that were flops (Blacke's Magic, The Boys are Back), but he has still stayed active in the business by doing lots of guest spots (most recently in Hot in Cleveland). He is also a highly respected stage actor, singer and musician.

A couple of years ago, he released his first album:

Hal Linden has had nmerous roles on TV -- doing comedy (King of Queens), drama (Law & Order CI), and melodrame (TV movie "The Glow").

He is a terrific actor who is still in demand.

Glad to see he is still quite active. I didn't realize how much he was still doing.
