I never knew there were ALICE Halloween costumes. I wonder if they had ones for Alice, Flo and Mel?

I'd love to see a Mel Halloween costume.

Cool! I suspect Flo's costume would have a "Kiss My Grits" pin or label on it.

Not to mention that Mel's would have "Stow It!"

Were "Vera", and the characters of Alice, really marketed as Halloween costumes??? Or is this a very-well-put- together homemade costume?

I don't know - but I found this pic on a pop culture website (I don't recall which site now).

That's really cute ;) but I'm guessing it's homemade. Most costumes didn't have that clear a picture on them. And it's not in a book on Halloween costumes, and 'Alice' wasn't a kids show.

Link: www.creativeminorityreport.com/2011/10/ten-greatest-halloween-costumesevah.html There was Tattoo, from Fantasy Island, Nickolas from Eight Is Enough and others, but the most off the wall costume, is Walter from Maude!...complete with the box it came in!!!   Who would dress there kid up as Walter from Maude???

Anyways the Vera costume must have been official, not home-made.

I like it, but If I were gonna dress like the chracters, I'd rather make authentic costumes.

I could make a good Flo costume.

I still say some of those are faked or photoshopped. Especially Walter from 'Maude' and Vera. Walter's box doesn't look anything like the boxes from the Ben Cooper and Collegeville companies. The Gabe Kaplan and Tatoo costumes are real, but 'Eight is Enough' and 'Terms of Endearment' are so far out they have to be fake. No company would ever think kids would be interested in buying those.
