I was upset when Dick Clark died in April. He was the executive producer of the show "American Dreams" on NBC. I suppose his widow, Kari, and his children have taken over his company. Maybe, they could produce the movie that I want that would be based on this show. I miss Dick Clark!

Happy birthday, Dick! You could've been 83 today, just like my grandmother did in October.

Speaking of which, I celebrated what would've been Dick's 83rd birthday by watching the show "American Dreams" on DVD last night. The episode was called "Soldier Boy" (Season 1, Episdoe 6).
