She never found out who these people were, but the police think that these people could be involved with Jack's murder. I think is case is very interesting and very rarely talked about on here. It seems obvious to me that Jack knew something he shouldn't have but the question remains was he involved with shady characters or just had information and needed silenced. Here is an old article on his case:

Also found an article thats kind of hard to follow about a search for Eastern Michigan University Chief Government Relations Search but it caught my eye because Jack's grandson posted in it:

I also want to ad I think the scene when the men storm in is one of the best filmed scenes on UM in my opinion. Very violent and realistic. It gives you a taste of the terror that Jack and his co-workers went through that day.
