I was always curious were the girls Hesh was dating escorts or was he a serial dater like Tony? and do you think Hesh ever clipped anybody himself?

He probably paid or took care of them in some way, but I don't think they were "escorts". I don't think he ever clipped anyone, because he wasn't really an acting part of the crew, but i'm sure he whacked a good deal of people in his day. He's was a lot nicer than Tony, but let's face it...
