I think it's the same thing they've been doing since the Wade years. They are a very undisciplined team. They always find ways to lose. Romo is having an awful year. I'm not sure about extending him...sometimes you just have to move on. On the plus side, the defense has played pretty well.

Yes I am not used to the defense playing that well and it was because of them that made the comeback possible

That's the way they do it. They actually make you believe that they are a good team and then they blow it like always. I'm numb to this anymore. I don't even get upset.

Sadly I think he probably will. That's Jerry's boy. Jerry doesn't know good QBs. He tried to convince us that Quincy Carter was great for years. It was even Bill Parcells who kept Romo on the team. Romo might have been a better qb if Bill would have stayed as coach. Oh well....

So they are going to sign a aging QB to a 4 year deal who hasn't been in the playoffs since 2010?

If Dallas doesn't want Tony Romo, then who would be the replacement? It's not like there are any top-flight guys available.

But the fact is the Cowboys are mediocre with Romo and can be just as bad without him. The Cowboys need to start looking for their qb of the future. Romo is 32. In 4 years he'll be 36. He's not John Elway. He's not going to win a SB at that age.
