I've recently collected season DVD sets of Seinfeld, re-released this year, in slim flip-cases. However, Season 4 (Vol. 3), is nowhere to be found! Both Target and Best Buy have the new sets in stock, except for season 4, which is only available in the original large set. I've checked about four different locations of each store. Season 4 doesn't seem to be available on Amazon, either!

I got rid of my old sets of Seinfeld and replaced them, to free up more shelf space, and now I'm missing the one season!

Why in the world would this season set, not be available in the new packaging?? :confused: :confused:

Do you know why the show was re-released on DVD?

Thinner cases. They take up half the space. Just like they did with I Love Lucy.

Well that sounds idiotic to re-release a show with different packaging and no extra bonuses or footage.

Yes, they're less expensive, then when the series was first released. With these being cheaper, and freeing up shelf space, its an insentive for me to replace them, as I did with I Love Lucy.

But my main point was, Why is one season not available in the new format??? I hope it will eventually be!

Why not blu-ray :rolleyes: If they did I would buy all the seasons again and sell my dvd
