View Full Version : Not too crazy about tonight's episode since it's a Halloween episode
TVFactFan 10-25-2012, 07:04 PM This is another example of this show getting more stupid which is another sign that it's been on too long. Why the hell do a bunch of adults working at a office have to dress up for Halloween?
I can understand a family show but not this show.
PrettyinPink55 10-25-2012, 07:57 PM I love when they dress up!!

maybe it won't be as bad if they are in the office. If they were going to a halloween party then I would skip it
claret 10-25-2012, 11:46 PM A lot of companies dress up for Halloween. But it was a stupid episode.

And that f*cking ******** NELLY character. Why the hell wasn;t she eliminated with the Robert California character

I can't stand that stupid Nellie woman. She's got some serious mental issues. Andy was a fool to sign that thing for her application to adopt a child. She doesn't even seem like she could take care of a house plant.

Her stupid a$$ dressing up as Toby for halloween. What a waste of character

What's really disturbing is that Toby was actually turned on by Nellie's costume!

Yes, at the end. I guess she turned him down since he was slamming the flowers against the wall
Yong Fang 10-29-2012, 05:14 AM It is sort of ironic since I love Halloween that I don't like the Halloween episodes.
The Office episode was AWFUL. It was so bad and lame, that I turned it off. The only funny part was the cold opening and Uncle Creed's blood spatter.
Boner Champ? Also did not help that I am NOT a Colbert fan. Not to mention that Colbert is almost 10 years older than Helms. Lastly, they put the goddess Ellie Kemper in a freaking brown bag of a dog suit.
I wasn't the only one. The Straight Dope members also savaged it.

I'm not sure if I will continue watching the whole season. Especially when I can see how far the show has fallen from watching the first 3 seasons on TBS.
This is now a show with no branch manager, no corporate manager, and just a bunch of staff who seems to not be doing anything work related anymore.
This show has 3 more eps to get my attention and i;m done
*ROGER* 10-29-2012, 07:59 AM And whatever happened to David Wallace?
TVFactFan 10-29-2012, 08:07 AM And whatever happened to David Wallace?
He made a appearance last year and teamed up with Andy to do something. But David Wallace was let go when Sabre Took over Dunder Mifflin

I thought after David Wallace was let go, he became a millionaire when he sold his "Suck It" patent to NASA. When he came into the money, I thought he bought out Sabre and took back Dunder Mifflin. I'm confused now.

No he was let go after the Merger. That's when you saw that short Fat Lady and then Robert California.
Remember when the Fat Lady took over it was no more Corporate in NYC it had moved to Florida

^ OK, that was Jo Bennett (Kathy Bates) who had a Sabre headquarters in Tallahassee, Florida.
I still am confused about what David Wallace is doing nowadays.

I don't think he was doing anything. Andy just went to his house and David Wallace answered the door:lol:
That was last season

I am so lost now, because I thought Andy went to David's house so he could ask him to buy Dunder Mifflin with his new fortune from the NASA millions. I thought it was David who demoted Nellie and gave Andy the branch manager job back.
I'm so confused. Oh well. It's whatever.

Oh yeah, that's why Robert California was let go. You are right

I'm glad Robert California is gone. He got on my nerves.

Now see I liked him because he was real convincing as a boss LOL

^ He was, but he also acted like too much of a weirdo in my opinion.
My favorite boss was Michael Scott. I know he was goofy, but I liked him so much, and I thought he was hilarious most of the time. He was like a loveable loser who won his woman in the end. I miss him.

He did start getting weird at the end. But I was so hyped up after his first episode and then from there it went downhill

I thought Michael was funniest when he was interacting with Dwight.
Yong Fang 11-03-2012, 04:47 AM David Wallace bought out Saber or at least the Dunder Mifflin branch of it, and is now the owner of the company, which now consists of only of the Scranton branch (all the other branches eventually folded). Which makes me wonder why the David Wallace character is not back in the show.
They should have just stuck with the Sabre company and give Kathy Bates back her old role of Joy Bennett, with Robert California being explained away as some insane lawyer from Boston named Alan Shore who stole the identity of a dead man to hide from the Irish mafia back home.

Joy Bennett was too cranky for me, but then again I would love her instead of that wacky Nelly LMAO

We always dressed up at my office and I loved it. It was fun.
