"New Girl" Gets More Episodes for Season 2

Fox is upping the episode count on "New Girl".

The Zooey Deschanel-led comedy, currently in its second season, will now air 24, the same number as last year.

"New Girl", which has averaged 5.1 million viewers in Live+Same Day this season, will return to Fox on Tuesday following a week off due to the presidential debate.
