what happened to you viewing the TC ep on 10/13 at the UCLA Musuem of Film and Television?

It's not fair that you don't recognize the fact that Mr. Pitt is aging backwards and is currently an old man baby who is too busy mourning his lost love to be attending viewings at the UCLA Museum of Film and Television.

Lol, I think that is Mearth. They actually emailed me back today telling me that they had finished transferring it to DVD. So I am planning on going down there on Tuesday to view it.

Here is the email as you can see they are strict about copying the Video assuming I am unable to get video of the final scene what else can I do transcript maybe?

The episode of Three's Company that you requested to view is now available. For the duration of UCLA's fall quarter, this DVD will be on reserve under your name in UCLA's Instructional Media Lab, located in Powell Library on the UCLA campus:

DVD10395 - THREE'S COMPANY: Ralph's Rival

Full directions, viewing instructions, and media lab hours are in the attached sheet which you should review before coming to campus. Per the attached instructions, you may view the items listed above on a walk-in basis, without appointment, whenever you wish through to Dec 14. You may report directly to the IML when you arrive on campus.

Please note that the duplication of Archive materials in the lab is strictly prohibited; the use of cameras, cell phone cameras, camcorders, and recording devices is not permitted in the lab.

It's not worth the trouble trying to record it. Who knows what could happen. A transcript would be great.

I would still like to find out if Deja View shows Three's Company uncut. I checked their schedule and it looks like Ralph's Rival will be airing sometime in November. If they show the tag scenes then they should have the one for Ralph's Rival.

Here is the transcript of the tag scene for 0412 Ralphs Rival

Janet & Chrisssy are sitting at the kitchen table eating bread and peanut butter (Janet is eating Bread and Chrissy is eating and spreading Peanut Butter on a slice of bread)

Chrissy: I dont like Pink I am so tired of Pink

Janet : Why Not?

Jack Walks in with a brown paper bag full of groceries and sets it on the counter.

Janet : Hi Jack! (muffled a bit with a mouth full of Peanut Butter Bread)

Jack : Well? (Annoyed tone)

Janet : Well What?

Jack : Did Furley Get us a Plumber?

Chrissy: Yeah He Did Jack

Jack : A Real Plumber?

Janet : Yes, A Real Licensed Plumber

Jack : Fantasatic! I cant wait to see a Garbage Disposal That Works Properly (As he is walking towards the sink)

Jack Turns on the Garbage Disposal and Water Shoots all over his face (just like it dis earlier in the episode)

Janet : Ah You (as water is sprayin everywhere)

Jack : I thought you said he got us a real plumber?

Chrissy: Well he did but said he would be here tomorrow morning.

Jack Shakes his head and water flys all over the place as Janet and Chrissy runs around to the other side of the table.

They are wearing different clothes then the previous scene so it seems like maybe its the next day.

In total the scene last 36 seconds.

The laughter going into the closing credits is the audience laughing at Jack shaking his head and spraying water everywhere. This seems like a classic Jack scene, Very physical with animated body language and facial expressions. I feel cheated that its not on my DVD!

If the tag scene is not on the DVD or TV Land where all the tag scenes were aired, then it won't be on Dejaview either. That Tag scene is not in syndication because if it was we would have seen it on TV Land since they aired all the other tag scenes.

There is no way a scene missing on a DVD is all of a sudden going to appear on a Dejaview airing

It doesn't hurt to check. I know it's a longshot, but still I remember all the stuff I aquired in trades from people who recorded stuff from Canadian channels (Ropers, Threes a Crowd, WKRP and Chico and the Man, mostly complete episodes which you won't find on American channels) and was never disappointed. The worse that can happen is they don't have it and until someone checks we don't know for sure.

That's true I seen complete versions from Dejaview of the Ropers but when it comes to season 4 of TC a complete episode will be the one that's on the DVD.

You have to ask yourself this, why would one only one tag scene be missing from the DVD but is included on the version that is aired on Dejaview? Dejaview would have the same copies as the DVD. And if they do have it for some odd reason then they should also have the uncut version of Mighty Mouse from season 4 which is edited on the DVD and cable

The scene when Jack is putting his pants on after working out at the Gym, the part when he is in his room struggling to put on his pants is cut out. We only see when he backs up into his bedroom door never the part when he is in his room. And what confirmed the episode was edited was

1. When you first see the scene you can already hear the crowd laughing

2. It was a obvious cut because Jack's pants are already on which means we never see when he was first putting them on.

I will bump up the thread I started on that episode
