I've always wondered, when Linda Evans left Dynasty towards the end of the series, if they were considering replacing her if the show was renewed for another season. I also wondered if they ever considered Diedre Hall ( Marlena - Days Of Our Lives) for stepping in as Krystle if Evans was ever unavailable. I always thought they had an uncanny resemblence.

Also, I always thought actress Susan Dey (The Partridge Family) would have made a better replacement for Fallon, when Pamela Sue Martin left, than the British Emma Samms. Samms was 10 years younger than Martin, and would have been better cast for Amanda or Amanda #2. Day and Martin are closer in age, and have a similar look.

Martin left Dynasty in 1984. Susan Dey's role on LA Law did not start until 1986.
