"Celebrity Apprentice": Joan Rivers, Piers Morgan, Arsenio Hall and John Rich To Return as Advisors -- EXCLUSIVE
by Dalton Ross
Oct 11, 2012

Get ready, New York because the circus is coming back to town. The next season of "Celebrity Apprentice" will commence filming soon and it will indeed be an All-Stars edition filled with returning players who were just too crazy to keep away.

And we can exclusively reveal that former winners Piers Morgan, Joan Rivers, John Rich, and Arsenio Hall will all be returning — but not as contestants. Instead, the four "Celebrity Apprentice" champs will show up alongside Donald Trump in the Boardroom at some point as advisors.

(Don’t worry, Trump offspring Ivanka, Don Jr., and Eric aren’t going anywhere. They’ll still be around as well to nod approvingly at everything their father says. You were worried, right?)

You will notice one previous "Celebrity Apprentice" winner whose name is not on that list above — season 3 winner and Tour Bus Thrust enthusiast Bret Michaels. But a source close to the show tells me that the Poison frontman will indeed appear in some other capacity.

(With this being an All-Stars season and him not being an advisor, you can make your own deductions.)

NBC's "The Celebrity Apprentice" is bringing back 13 players fired from past "Apprentice" contests, plus one notable winner, in the first-ever "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice."

"We wouldn't have done the `All-Star' concept unless we were able to get the right contestants back," said Donald Trump, the host and boardroom boss who once again will be pronouncing each contestant's fate.

The series, which on Monday starts shooting this new season for a March 2013 premiere, announced its slate of 14 contenders Friday morning.

There are a few exceptions, but it seems like a boring cast overall. I will definitely still be watching and I hope to be proven wrong.

I met him at a horror convention last year and he's interesting to say the least in person.

Bill Rancic's "Apprentice" Gig: Original Winner Returning For All-Star Celebrity Season
10/13/2012

The original winner of "The Apprentice" is making his way back to boardroom. Bill Rancic has announced that although he's not a contestant on "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice", he will be a huge part of the upcoming season.

The 41-year-old new dad, who just welcomed son Edward Duke with his wife, E! News correspondent Giuliana Rancic, will be assisting Donald Trump as a mentor to the cast, which includes stars like Trace Adkins, Stephen Baldwin, Gary Busey, Lisa Rinna, Omarosa, LaToya Jackson and Bret Michaels.

"It's hard to believe it was almost nine years ago that I won the first season of The Apprentice," Rancic told E! News of his new gig. "Had it not been for The Apprentice and Donald Trump, I wouldn't have met my wife through an interview with E! News."

"It's always an honor when Mr. Trump asks me to come back to the show," he continued. "Over the years, I have been a boardroom advisor several times, but am most excited to be a part of this All-Star season. I have a strong feeling it's going to be the most entertaining celebrity season yet, and I look forward to being a part of it."
