(The Baltimore Orioles beat the NY Yankees 3-2.)

(Ralph & Ed exit the subway.)

Ralph: "What a bad game Norton. First the game was delayed at Camden Yards than when we boarded the train home from Baltimore, we heard that the Yankees lost."

(Ed blows his nose out of sadness.)

Ed: "What a bad game Ralph. The Yanks could have won but they didn't.

Ralph: "Now the Yankees have got to win at home later this week. Those Yankees better show up at the Bronx. If the Yankees win the series, I know that Yankee Stadium will be rocking."

Ed: "Let's hope it doesn't rock too much. After all, the stadium is four years old."

(Ralph rolls his eyes.)

Ralph: "I can't stand another World Series without a NY team."

Ed: "This World Series is going to be great. If the Yankees lose on Thursday, we can always root for a Giants/Athletics or Orioles/Nationals World Series. A Nationals/Orioles World Series would be good for the Washington area since this is a Presidential Election year."

Ralph (yells): "GET OUT! GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET OUT!"

(Ed leaves.)

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Thank you. The Miami Beach audiences are the BEST! GOOD NIGHT!"

(Audience cheers.)
